Baseball Recap: Clarksdale Takes a Loss

Clarksdale lost against Corinth back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats lost 16-1 to the Warriors.

Clarksdale saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brady Williams, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Clarksdale's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Corinth, they now have a winning record of 9-8-1.

While Clarksdale had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
