Severance won the last time they faced Roosevelt and things went their way on Saturday too. The Silver Knights walked away with a 9-6 win over the Roughriders.

Auggie Dominguez was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing a base while going 4-for-5. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in triples (two). Kolton Beidleman was another key player, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, two doubles, and one run.

Severance always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .553. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Roosevelt only posted an OBP of .371.

Severance has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Roosevelt, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 8-2.

Severance will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Roughriders: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
