Heritage Academy strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let the Imagine Prep Superstition Panthers get on the board and left with a 21-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 24-0 two weeks ago.

Kenia Martin looked comfortable as she struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in February of 2024.

At the plate, Heritage Academy got a massive performance out of Zoey Wheaton, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. Riley Reiss also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Heritage Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .765. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in three consecutive games.

Heritage Academy pushed their record up to 9-0 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Imagine Prep Superstition, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heritage Academy will challenge Heritage Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Heritage Academy will need to watch out since Heritage Academy have now posted at least ten runs in their last seven matchups. As for Imagine Prep Superstition, they will take on Imagine Prep at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
