Basketball Recap: Ipswich Comes Up Short

Ipswich was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 56-37 to the Georgetown Royals. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Royals apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Ipswich's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Georgetown, they pushed their record up to 4-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
