Football Recap: Mceachern Skates Past Walton with Ease + How To Watch

McEachern had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They took their game on Saturday with ease, bagging a 50-17 victory over the Walton Raiders. This was payback for the Indians, who suffered a 49-9 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Despite the loss, Walton had strong showings from Christion Peacock, who rushed for 66 yards on only six carries, and Noriega Thompson, who picked up 80 receiving yards. Thompson got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 53 yards.

Looking ahead, McEachern will challenge North Cobb at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Walton, they will take on Lambert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
