While South Gibson's win against Chester County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The South Gibson Hornets came out on top in a nail-biter against the Chester County Eagles on Tuesday, sneaking past 6-5. The victory continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won five in a row.

South Gibson now has a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, South Gibson will challenge Munford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Chester County, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Millington Central on the 13th.
