Basketball Preview: Trinity Christian Warriors vs. York Falcons
Trinity Christian has been on the road for three straight, but on Monday they'll finally head home. They will take on the York Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. York took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Trinity Christian, who comes in off a win.
Trinity Christian was handed a 45-point loss in their previous outing, but they didn't let that bad energy affect their game against the Griffins on Friday. Trinity Christian sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 31-28 victory over the Griffins. The win was just what Trinity Christian needed coming off of a 61-16 loss in their prior game.
Meanwhile, York's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Ceiba College Preparatory Academy, falling 65-27. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points York has scored all season.
Trinity Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for York, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.
