Avon Old Farms entered their tilt with Trinity-Pawling School on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Pride by a score of 9-5. The Beavers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pride, too.

Avon Old Farms' victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 7.8 runs this season. As for Trinity-Pawling School, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Avon Old Farms is set to square off against their familiar foe Choate Rosemary Hall School at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Trinity-Pawling School will face off against rival Taft School at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
