Basketball Recap: Christian Academy-Louisville Takes a Loss

Christian Academy-Louisville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 66-51 to the Chattanooga Prep Sentinels. The contest marked the Centurions' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Derrick Roberson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Chattanooga Prep, going 8 for 17 on his way to 18 points and eight rebounds. Austin Jones was another key player, putting up ten points along with eight assists and seven rebounds.

Christian Academy-Louisville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Chattanooga Prep, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-4.

Christian Academy-Louisville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-54 loss against Lipscomb Academy on the 22nd. As for Chattanooga Prep, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 61-48 win against Specially Fit Academy on the 22nd.
