Baseball Recap: Freedom Falcons vs. James Logan Colts
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Freedom had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the James Logan Colts. The victory continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Colts: they've now won six in a row.
Colton Vick spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on eight hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 14 consecutive appearances.
