Jesse Bell put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2024 on Tuesday. He struck out ten batters over four innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Bell's strong effort led Silas over Mount Tahoma and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Rams are a perfect 10-0 against the T-Birds going back to April of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
