 In what's become a running theme this season, Clarion Area gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Wednesday. They blew past the North Clarion Wolves  13-1. The  win was nothing new for Clarion Area as they're now sitting on eight straight.
  Noah Harrison was a standout: he went 2-for-2 with a  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Devon Lauer, who  went 2-for-3 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.
 Clarion Area's victory was  their fifth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 8-1. As for North Clarion,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 1-5.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clarion Area will take on DuBois Central Catholic at 6:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Clarion Area knows how to get  runs on the board -- the  team has finished with flashy  run totals in its past six games -- so hopefully DuBois Central Catholic likes a good challenge. As for North Clarion, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Redbank Valley at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
