Volleyball Recap: Excelsior Classical Academy Takes a Loss

Excelsior Classical Academy lost against Falls Lake back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Flying Lions came up short against the Firebirds, falling 3-0. The Flying Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-14, 25-10.

Falls Lake found their leader in sophomore Addison Buffaloe, who had 11 aces and eight digs.

Excelsior Classical Academy now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Falls Lake, they pushed their record up to 15-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

Excelsior Classical Academy has already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Discovery Charter School on the 18th. As for Falls Lake, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Henderson Collegiate on the 18th.
