Basketball Recap: Kasson-Mantorville Takes a Loss

Kasson-Mantorville lost against Cannon Falls back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Kasson-Mantorville Komets fell just short of the Cannon Falls Bombers by a score of 77-75. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (68), the Komets still had to take the loss.

Kasson-Mantorville now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Cannon Falls, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Kasson-Mantorville will square off against Lake City at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Kasson-Mantorville's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Cannon Falls, they will be playing at home against Pine Island at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
