Volleyball Game Preview: Murtaugh Red Devils vs. Glenns Ferry Pilots + How To Watch

Murtaugh has gone a perfect 6-0 against Glenns Ferry recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Red Devils will square off against the Pilots at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Murtaugh came up short against Butte County and fell 3-1. The Red Devils haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-14, 21-25, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Glenns Ferry also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Castleford by a score of 3-1.

While Glenns Ferry had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 21 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-21, 24-26, 25-21.

Glenns Ferry now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Murtaugh, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.

Murtaugh was able to grind out a solid win over Glenns Ferry in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Devils since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
