Baseball Recap: Dayspring Christian Academy Extends Home Winning Streak to Eight

After only two runs in their last contest, Dayspring Christian Academy made sure to put some runs up on the board against Briggsdale on Friday. Dayspring Christian Academy put the hurt on Briggsdale with a sharp 11-1 victory. Considering the Eagles have won three games by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Dayspring Christian Academy got a massive performance out of Logan Vaniddekinge, who scored four runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Those four runs gave Vaniddekinge a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Josiah Rodriguez, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

Dayspring Christian Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .533. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Briggsdale only posted an OBP of .167.
