Basketball Preview: Apponequet Regional Lakers vs. Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders
Apponequet Regional is on a three-game streak of home wins, while the Raiders are on a seven-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Apponequet Regional Lakers will take on the Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Apponequet Regional has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 397 points over their last six contests.

They really took it to Greater New Bedford RVT for the full four quarters, racking up a 94-52 victory at home. Somerset Berkley Regional has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.
Somerset Berkley Regional's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brendan Mcdonald, who scored 21 points along with five assists and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Dom Taylor, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Apponequet Regional has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Somerset Berkley Regional, their win bumped their record up to 12-1.
