Basketball Game Preview: Peetz Bulldogs vs. Bethune Bobcats

The Peetz Bulldogs will face off against the Bethune Bobcats at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Peetz and 11 for Bethune.

On Friday, Peetz came up short against Weldon Valley and fell 40-33.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Milla Panduro, who posted eight points and five steals. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

Even though they lost, Peetz smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in eight consecutive games.

Meanwhile, Bethune lost 56-32 to Lone Star on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Bobcats have lost by exactly 24 points.

Bethune's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Peetz, their loss dropped their record down to 4-18.
