Soccer Recap: Cardinal O'Hara Takes a Loss

Cardinal O'Hara lost against Roman Catholic back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lions came up short against the Cahillite, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, Cardinal O'Hara can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 424th, while Roman Catholic are ranked 28th).

Cardinal O'Hara's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Roman Catholic, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

Looking ahead, Cardinal O'Hara will venture away from home to challenge Conwell-Egan Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Roman Catholic, they will host Lansdale Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Roman Catholic are facing Lansdale Catholic at the right time seeing as Lansdale Catholic are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
