Interstate 35 lost against Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Interstate 35 Roadrunners were dealt an 81-53 defeat at the hands of Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center. The Roadrunners' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Interstate 35's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Interstate 35 will host Mount Ayr at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Mount Ayr's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games. As for Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Central Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
