Volleyball Recap: Harvard Takes a Loss

Harvard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Woodstock North Thunder. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Thunder this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

While Harvard ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20.

Harvard's loss dropped their record down to 3-21. As for Woodstock North, they pushed their record up to 16-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Harvard has already played their next match (against Marengo), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Woodstock North, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Glenbrook South on the 10th.
