Volleyball Recap: Falkner Find Success

Falkner's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Thrasher Rebels 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted since August 6, 2024.

Falkner took Thrasher into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-12, 25-20, 21-25, 15-10.

Falkner's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Thrasher, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Falkner is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Potts Camp at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Thrasher, they will head out to challenge New Site at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
