Paideia waltzed into their contest on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They breezed by The Weber School Rams to the tune of 69-39. Given the Pythons' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 170th, while the Rams are ranked 523rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Paideia now has a winning record of 8-7. As for The Weber School, their defeat was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-18.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paideia will face off against Midtown at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for The Weber School, they will take on Mt. Bethel Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
