Soccer Recap: Episcopal Victorious

Episcopal kept a clean sheet against McKinley on Saturday. They had just enough and edged the McKinley Panthers out 1-0. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

Episcopal's win bumped their record up to 6-3-1. As for McKinley, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Episcopal will venture away from home to take on Lafayette Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lafayette Christian Academy's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Episcopal's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for McKinley, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the McKinley duke it out with the Edna Karr at 5:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. McKinley is facing Edna Karr at the right time seeing as Edna Karr is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
