Wright City got themselves on the board against Elsberry on Monday, but Elsberry never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Indians. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by eight runs or more this season.

Wright City has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Elsberry, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.

Wright City has already played their next game, an 8-6 victory against Montgomery County on the 13th. As for Elsberry, they will host Whitfield at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight.
