Meanwhile, Waskom entered their tilt with Ore City on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Rebels, posting a 63-7 victory. That looming 63-7 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wildcats yet this season.

Waskom's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Harleton, they picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-3.

Harleton took a serious blow against Waskom when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 41-0. Can Harleton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
