Soccer Recap: Hertford County Comes Up Short

Hertford County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They lost 11-0 to the Manteo Redskins. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Hertford County's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Hertford County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Manteo, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.
