Basketball Recap: Father Capodanno Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Jefferson Frehley and Noah Marsh

Father Capodanno lost against Falcon Christian Academy back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Father Capodanno Grunts took a 40-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcon Christian Academy Warriors. The Grunts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Father Capodanno's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Noah Marsh, who posted eight points in addition to five rebounds and three steals, and Jefferson Frehley, who earned six points along with nine boards and three steals. That's the most steals Marsh has posted since back in January of 2024.

Father Capodanno's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Falcon Christian Academy, the win was the ninth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record for this year to 2-0.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Falcon Christian Academy beat Father Capodanno by a score of 59-30 on Saturday.
