It's playoff time, and Loudoun County had no trouble coming through when it counted. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Park View Patriots 1-0. Winning may never get old, but Loudoun County sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Brian Ayewouadan, who's now up to 13 this season.

Loudoun County pushed their record up to 15-2-1 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up four goals over those ten contests. As for Park View, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8-1.

Loudoun County and Park View are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. The Captains will be playing at home against Dominion at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Park View, they will head out on the road to take on Tuscarora at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Tuscarora's last five matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
