Flanagan has gone 8-2 against McArthur recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Flanagan Falcons will head out to take on the McArthur Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Flanagan faced off against Stoneman Douglas back in December of 2024. Flanagan took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Stoneman Douglas. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 323rd, while the Eagles are ranked 24th).

Meanwhile, McArthur was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. 2025 welcomed they with a 7-0 loss courtesy of South Broward.

McArthur's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Flanagan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5-3.

Flanagan took their win against McArthur in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Flanagan since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
