Softball Recap: East Webster Comes Up Short

East Webster fell victim to Mooreville and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mooreville Troopers. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Wolverines' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

East Webster's loss dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Mooreville, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-5.

While East Webster had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
