Soccer Recap: Jeffersonville Find Success

Jeffersonville was not the first on the board on Saturday, but they got there more often. They beat the Whiteland Warriors by a goal, winning 2-1. For Jeffersonville, this counts as revenge for the 5-1 victory Whiteland walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Shlomo Tshimbalanga was the driving force of Jeffersonville's attack as he scored both of Jeffersonville's goals, bringing his season total up to nine goals.

Jeffersonville has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those six contests. As for Whiteland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-8.
