Burbank won against West Campus on Tuesday with 12 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Titans didn't even let the Warriors on the board, marking the Titans' second-straight 12-0 shutout. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Uriel Angulo made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. Those 14 strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Burbank let Kevion Duplessis and Kevin Duplessis run wild. Kevion went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI, while Kevin went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most stolen bases Kevion has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Devin Johnson, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Burbank kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in four consecutive contests.

Burbank pushed their record up to 17-10 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for West Campus, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-13.

Coming up, Burbank will face off against Franklin at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Titans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Yellowjackets have averaged an impressive 7.8 runs per game this season. West Campus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
