Basketball Recap: Lone Grove Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Lone Grove Longhorns came up short against the Kiowa Cowboys and fell 57-50.

Lone Grove now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Kiowa, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Lone Grove will venture away from home to square off against Pauls Valley at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kiowa, they will be home for the holidays to greet Quinton at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kiowa is facing Quinton at the right time seeing as Quinton is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
