Volleyball Recap: Captain Shreve Comes Up Short

Captain Shreve lost against Central Lafourche back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Gators fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 2-1.

Captain Shreve has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season. As for Central Lafourche, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-13.

Captain Shreve wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy on the 4th. As for Central Lafourche, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Liberty Magnet on the 4th.
