Basketball Game Recap: North Huron vs. Carsonville-Port Sanilac

The North Huron Warriors were the 49-44 winners over the Carsonville-Port Sanilac Tigers when they previously met last month. On Friday? They had no such luck. North Huron was just a three-ball shy of a win and fell 57-55 to Carsonville-Port Sanilac. Things were expected to be close, but in this case the rankings mixed up the winning team.

The Warriors' overall record fell to 7-10. Carsonville-Port Sanilac's victory brought them up to 6-10.

The Warriors will take on Akron-Fairgrove next week. North Huron won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings. Carsonville-Port Sanilac will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Mayville. Mayville is also hoping to continue their momentum after a 70-57 victory over Deckerville on Friday.
