Basketball Game Preview: Woodlan Warriors vs. Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets

The Woodlan Warriors will take on the Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Woodlan will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Last Monday, Woodlan beat Wayne Trace 52-44.

Alyssa Anderson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 11 boards. She has been hot recently, having posted eight or more boards the last three times she's played. Brooke Kneubuhler was another key player, putting up 13 points along with five assists and four steals.

Woodlan smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in three consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, the stars were shining brightly for Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran in a 55-38 win over Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger two weeks ago. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cadets.

Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Woodlan, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.
