Make it five blowout wins for the Mount Michael Benedictine Knights this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat South Sioux City 68-17 on the road. That 51 points margin sets a new team best for Mount Michael Benedictine this season.

Mount Michael Benedictine got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kyle Oldehoeft out in front who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds. Oldehoeft continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Kume Duop was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two blocks.

The win was the third in a row for Mount Michael Benedictine, bringing their record for this year to 7-8. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for South Sioux City, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-17.

Mount Michael Benedictine will be playing at home against Gross Catholic on Tuesday. As for South Sioux City, they will head out on the road to square off against Roncalli Catholic on Saturday.
