Soccer Recap: Riverside Comes Up Short

After flying high against Irvington Preparatory Academy on Tuesday, Riverside came back down to earth. The Argonauts lost 8-2 to the Indiana Math & Science Academy North Knights on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Riverside of the 5-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Indiana Math & Science Academy North, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1.

Looking ahead, Riverside will welcome Seven Oaks Classical at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Indiana Math & Science Academy North, they will head out to challenge Purdue Broad Ripple at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
