Basketball Game Preview: Perry Maroons vs. Hennessey Eagles

Perry is on a six-game streak of home losses, Hennessey a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Friday. The Perry Maroons will host the Hennessey Eagles at 8:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Monday, Perry had to suffer through a 80-39 loss at the hands of Frontier. While losing is never fun, the Maroons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 394th, while the Mustangs are ranked 73rd).

Meanwhile, Hennessey was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 51-46 to Ripley.

Hennessey's defeat dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Perry, their loss dropped their record down to 4-14.
