Basketball Recap: Edina Takes a Loss

The Edina Hornets came up short against the Pewaukee Pirates on Saturday, falling 89-64. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (56), the Hornets still had to take the loss.

Edina now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Pewaukee, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edina will head out to square off against Hopkins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pewaukee, they will face off against Pius XI Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
