Softball Recap: Bradenton Christian Takes a Loss

Bradenton Christian lost against Shorecrest Prep back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers lost 14-4 to the Chargers. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bradenton Christian saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addison Johnston, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Bradenton Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Shorecrest Prep, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season.

Bradenton Christian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 11-2 loss against Inspiration Academy on the 7th. As for Shorecrest Prep, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 16-0 victory against Admiral Farragut on the 7th.
