Volleyball Recap: Mt. Morris Takes a Loss

Mt. Morris was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Cadillac Vikings. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Vikings from their previous meeting back in September of 2020.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12.

Cadillac had a senior duo take command as Ari Bryant had 14 digs and Alivia Lorenz had five aces. Bryant is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Mt. Morris' loss dropped their record down to 20-25-2. As for Cadillac, their victory bumped their record up to 29-7-1.

Mt. Morris has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Ubly on the 25th. As for Cadillac, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Oakland Christian on the 25th.
