Volleyball Recap: Annalee Young Key Part of Team Effort in Hawks Win

Horizon won the last time they faced Colorado Academy and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hawks came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0.

Horizon's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Annalee Young, who had 20 assists and one block. Those 20 assists gave Young a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Sarah Vaness, who had 11 digs and two assists.

When it comes to explaining why Colorado Academy lost, don't look at Asha Wagner. Despite the final result, she had seven digs and three aces.

Horizon's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Colorado Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
