Soccer Recap: Archbishop Carroll Comes Up Short

Archbishop Carroll was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Hatboro-Horsham Hatters, falling 4-0.

Archbishop Carroll's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Hatboro-Horsham, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Archbishop Carroll will take on Conwell-Egan Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Conwell-Egan Catholic's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Hatboro-Horsham, they are taking a road trip to square off against Quakertown at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hatboro-Horsham will be up against Quakertown's rather soft defense (which has allowed three goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
