Soccer Recap: Judson Takes a Loss

Judson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Johnson Jaguars, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, the Rockets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 482nd, while the Jaguars are ranked 134th).

Judson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Johnson, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Looking ahead, Judson will face off against Clemens at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Johnson, they will square off against Steele at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Johnson's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Steele's offense will have their work cut out for them.
