Volleyball Recap: Bad Axe Takes a Loss

Bad Axe lost against Port Huron Northern two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Hatchets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huskies. The Hatchets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Bad Axe's defeat dropped their record down to 23-11. As for Port Huron Northern, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-9-1 record this season.

Bad Axe didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Croswell-Lexington on the 18th. As for Port Huron Northern, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Armada on the 18th.
