Basketball Recap: Battle Ground Academy Skates Past Grace Christian Academy with Ease

It was a proper cat-fight when Battle Ground Academy faced off against Grace Christian Academy on Friday. The Battle Ground Academy Wildcats simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Grace Christian Academy Lions 56-14. This was payback for the Wildcats, who suffered a 54-46 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Battle Ground Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Anne Gentry Lambert, who went 5 of 9 en route to 13 points along with eight boards and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of DJ Haws, who posted 12 points in addition to eight boards and five assists.

Battle Ground Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 29 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
