Basketball Recap: Fox Tech Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Seguin, Fox Tech was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 40-39 victory over the Edison Golden Bears. For the Buffaloes, this counts as revenge for the 65-23 win the Golden Bears walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2020.

Fox Tech pushed their record up to 8-12 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Edison, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.

Fox Tech will be home for the holidays to greet Highlands at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Edison, they will venture away from home to challenge Lanier at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. Edison is facing Lanier at the right time seeing as Lanier is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
