There's no place like home for Mason Classical Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 12-10 win over the Everglades City Gators on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-7 back in March.

Mason Classical Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Everglades City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mason Classical Academy will square off against Babcock at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Everglades City, they will challenge Seacrest Country Day at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
